Telehealth Update – Effective September 30, 2025
Federal telehealth flexibilities have expired. This means that certain services previously allowed to be provided virtually during the public health emergency may no longer be available through telehealth.
Please note the following important changes:
- All services remain available in person.
- Location Restrictions: For most non-behavioral health services, telehealth will only be covered when the patient is located in a qualifying rural area.
- Geographic Restrictions: Geographic rules now apply again. In most cases, telehealth services will not be covered if the patient is in an urban area.

- After your visit, your Patient Representative will call you and complete the check out process and schedule your follow-up appointment.
