Hailee Long
Hailee Long joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s Executive Team in August of 2019. Hailee has an extensive background in healthcare and has a proven track record in boosting organizational profitability, leading organizations through periods of intense growth, performance, and image. As an executive, she has helped organizations grow quickly while operating them to reach their optimal performance. Hailee holds previous roles as Chief Operating Officer of Balboa United, Group Regional Director of Lifeline Vascular, and Executive Director of Operations and Marketing for Lifestyle Lift.
Hailee holds her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and her Master of Business Administration.
In addition to her role at KSOSN, Hailee loves to read, enjoys fitness, and cooking.
Chezlee Nelson
Chezlee Nelson joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada in 2023 as the Registered Nurse Educator and was promoted to Director of Value-Based Care in 2025. She brings over 15 years of experience in the medical field, with a strong background in nephrology, clinical care, and healthcare operations.
A registered nurse since 2020, Chezlee began her career in in-center hemodialysis as a Patient Care Technician before transitioning into hospital administration. After earning her nursing license, she worked in Labor and Delivery and later returned to in-center hemodialysis as a float pool nurse, driven by her passion for nephrology and patient-centered kidney care. In her current role, she focuses on advancing value-based initiatives and improving care coordination and patient outcomes.
Chezlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In addition to her role at KSOSN, Chezlee enjoys spending time with family and cooking.
Erica Goodin
Director of Clinic Operations
Erica Goodin joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s Executive Team in May of 2021.
Erica Goodin has extensive background in patient care.
She previously worked in New Mexico with a Foot and ankle surgeon, where she assisted with pre and post-op care, during her schooling she also worked as a caregiver and assisted patients during the end-stage of Alzheimer’s disease.
Erica attended Concorde Career College-Medical Assistant program and also served 4 years in the US Air Force. In addition, Erica Goodin loves to do morning book club, go camping with her family, gardening (although not very successful) and loves to try new recipes.
Jeanil Brittain

Jeanil Brittain joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s leadership team in January 2026 as Director of Practice Operations. Jeanil brings an extensive background in healthcare operations with the ability to drive operational excellence across multi-site specialty practices. She has a strong track record of aligning clinical and business objectives, improving workflows, and enhancing organizational performance in complex healthcare environments. Throughout her career, Jeanil has led cross-functional teams, overseen large-scale operational initiatives, and leveraged data-driven insights to support growth, compliance, and patient-centered care.
Jeanil holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, along with graduate certificates in Data Analytics and Organizational Business Management.
In addition to her role at KSOSN, Jeanil loves to travel, spend time with family, and attend sporting events.
Alvia Westgarth

Alvia Westgarth joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada in 2006. Alvia has extensive background in Healthcare Administration. Alvia believes in simplicity in life and in work- Focus on what is important, and success reveals itself.
In addition to her role at KSOSN, Alvia loves to travel, enjoys camping, concerts, and sporting events.

Kelley Martinez joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s executive team in April of 2022.
Kelley has 15+ years of supervisory experience in customer service and patient care environments. Kelley is also a kidney donor and has a personal interest in nephrology.
In addition to her role at KSOSN, Kelley loves to spend time with her family, read books, and buy new plants.
