COVID-19

As the State of Nevada lifts restrictions for patients to be seen in the office, KSOSN is prepared to systematically bring business operations back to a normal state. Our top priority is keeping our patients and staff safe during this time. Here is a list of things KSOSN is doing to improve patient care, comfort, and safety:

Physical Plant Changes:

  • Touchless hand sanitizer, paper towel, and soap dispensers are being installed in our locations
  • Gloves, masks, and disinfectant wipes will be strategically placed throughout our locations for easy access
  • We are installing partitions in our patient care and office areas to assure safety
  • Our HVAC filters are replaced on a monthly basis to assure the flow of clean air
  • We are limiting entry points into our locations and in all areas possible encouraging one-way traffic

Over the last several months we have introduced several new measures and will continue doing the following:

  • Requiring proper protective equipment (PPE) up to and including masks, face shields, gloves, protective eyewear, and gowns
  • Following strict hand hygiene protocols
  • Sanitizing and disinfecting high traffic areas through the day including waiting rooms/lobbies, reception, hallways, patient exam rooms, staff work areas, restrooms, breakrooms, etc.
  • Minimizing travel between our locations for staff and physicians
  • Deep cleaning and disinfecting all offices every 3 months
  • Taking patient’s temperature upon arrival to office as well as completing the COVID 19 questionnaire
  • Traffic in the office will be limited to patients and staff only – no delivery people, representatives, or patient companions are let into the office
  • Patients are required to wear masks while in the office – if you do not have your own face covering, one will be provided for you
  • New patients will continue to complete new patient packet via adobe e-sign/ email ID & insurance cards
  • Social distancing in all areas of our clinics
  • Virtual Meetings
  • COVID 19 educational materials are placed through all KSOSN locations for patients and staff
  • Partnering with local healthcare facilities to know locations offering COVID 19 testing
