BIO

Zvia Ben- Rey practices the philosophy of treating the whole patient. She applies her broad knowledge to address her patients’ general health, kidney health, mental health, and even spiritual health, which sometimes means referring patients outside of KSOSN for services. While she is a dedicated and serious clinician, you will also find Ben-Rey humoring her patients when she notices they could use a good laugh.

Ben-Ray has been a caregiver in the Las Vegas community for over 17 years. With a background that includes family practice, intensive care, surgery, and OB/GYN nursing, developing a holistic approach to medicine was only natural. Prior to joining KSOSN, Ben-Rey worked in intensive care. It was in the hospital ICU setting that she first met and worked with KSOSN Doctors Sela, Leiserowitz and Pokroy. After ten years in ICU, Ben-Rey returned to school to get her advanced practitioners license during which time she found she had a passion for nephrology.

Ben-Rey was born in Haifa, Israel and moved to the United States in 1993 to be near family. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two sons, practicing martial arts, playing tennis and riding horses.
