Bio

Rachel Angela H. Luistro, MSN, ACNPC-AG, BSN, is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of combined nursing and advanced practice experience. Her background in critical care inspired her interest in kidney health, ultimately leading her to pursue nephrology. Her clinical focus includes acute and chronic kidney disease, electrolyte and acid-base disorders, fluid management, inpatient nephrology, and critical care.

Rachel is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized care. She believes every patient should feel heard, respected, and well-informed, and she takes the time to explain conditions and treatment plans in clear, understandable terms. Originally from Manila, Philippines, Rachel speaks Tagalog and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
