Lily Martin

Bio

Lily Martin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in nephrology and kidney care. She brings approximately 15 years of renal nursing experience, including extensive work in acute, outpatient, and peritoneal dialysis, along with experience as a Nurse Practitioner in nephrology, pain management, and hospice and palliative care.

Lily is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized care. Her clinical focus includes kidney disease, acute kidney injury, end-stage renal disease and dialysis care, hypertension, fluid management, electrolyte disorders, medication management, and patient education.

She believes patients should feel informed and actively involved in their care. Lily takes the time to listen, clearly explain conditions, medications, laboratory results, and treatment options, and work collaboratively with each patient throughout their kidney health journey.

Lily earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She speaks English and Filipino/Tagalog and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and continuing to grow professionally.
