Chantal Lugo joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s Executive Team in November of 2019. Chantal has an extensive background in healthcare and has a proven track record in Human Resources. As an executive, she has helped organizations grow quickly while operating them to reach their optimal performance. Chantal is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in higher education, gaming, publishing, non-profit and real estate industries. Other than English, she also can speak Spanish.

Chantal holds her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from UNLV, and her Masters degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

In addition to her role at KSOSN, Chantal loves to have Sunday Brunch at a different location every Sunday, wine tasting, family game night, watching Star Wars, Marvel and DC movies, cooking traditional Puerto Rican dishes, and spending long days at the pool.
