Melissa is a Human Resources professional with more than 10 years of experience in HR management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, payroll, and organizational operations. She is passionate about supporting employees and leadership while fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive workplace.

In her role at KSOSN, Melissa works closely with employees and leadership to support the organization’s HR initiatives, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and promotes consistency and accountability across the organization. She takes a people-focused and solutions-oriented approach to addressing challenges and is committed to creating an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management and brings a strategic, solutions-focused approach to human resources and organizational leadership.

Outside of her role at KSOSN, Melissa enjoys traveling, going to the movies, spending time with family, and discovering new restaurants.
