Dr Ribeiro chose a career in nephrology as he has passion for interventional nephrology and physiology. He was drawn to the field while visiting the access center as a resident.

He chose to work at KSOSN because he worked closely with multiple physicians in the group while he was in residency and observed a great work life balance with fantastic physicians who always put patient care first. Also, KSOSN is the biggest and most diverse practice in Nevada with specialists in transplant nephrology, CKD, ESRD, and interventional nephrology. KSOSN is designed to care for any and every medical issue related to the kidneys.

Dr Ribeiro practices Interventional Nephrology and treats every patient as if they were a family member. He is always available to discuss patient care. DM and HTN are the leading cause of CKD in the USA, and he is devoted to treating and continuing to educate the Las Vegas community.

He is originally from Portugal. He is married and love sports.
