BIO

Dr. Thomas Lim is a product of three cultures and one passion. Born in Manila, Philippines and raised in a
Chinese and Filipino household, Dr. Lim came to the United States to further his medical training.

His passion for medicine and caring for others was born early, but it was during his medical school residency
that Dr. Lim became fascinated by nephrology. While the complexity of CKD added to its appeal, Dr. Lim
understands how overwhelming it can be for his patients. He is careful to take extra time to answer patient
questions and thoroughly explain their treatment plans.

The sunny climate and diverse lifestyle attracted Dr. Lim to Las Vegas while the extraordinary talent and
reputation of KSOSN attracted him to the practice. He values the comprehensive approach provided by the practice
and knows it contributes to better outcomes for his patients. Dr. Lim is board certified in both Internal
Medicine and Nephrology. His faculty appointments include the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Las Vegas
and Touro University in Henderson.

Dr. Lim is married and in his free time enjoys traveling with his wife and two children, listening to music and
playing the piano. For patients of Filipino descent, Dr. Lim offers an extra level of comfort as a fluent
speaker of Tagalog and Ilocano.
